To connect with senior citizens of the 36th Senatorial District, I hosted a Coffee and Conversation event on Thursday, March 28, from 9-11 a.m. at Moravian Manor in Lititz.
Coffee & Conversation events offer an informal opportunity to discuss issues that are important to Lancaster County communities and hear updates on what’s happening in Harrisburg. We serve light refreshments, and people are welcome to drop in whenever best suits their schedule.
At this particular Coffee & Conversation event, we had a thoughtful discussion about our education system, including early childhood education, safety in schools, charter schools, and funding. We also talked about veterans and mental health.
As always, I was very grateful for the feedback and dialogue.
